About Humphery

For close to 20 years, I have worked with organisations and leaders across Africa, America, Asia, and Europe, helping teams solve problems, build better plans, and turn good ideas into real results. I have worked with well-known organisations like UNESCO, World Vision, World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), and TechnoServe, and every experience has made me better at helping people like you.

I have also kept learning: a Master’s in Human Rights, certifications from Harvard, Danida Fellowship Centre in Copenhagen, INTRAC in Oxford, University of Oslo, Norway and now doctoral research in Development Studies at Makerere University. This means when we work together, you get someone both experienced and up to date.

Here is how I can help:

  • Build a clear and practical plan that works in the real world
  • Train your team so they are confident and ready to deliver
  • Improve your communications so the right people hear your message
  • Bring cultural understanding that makes your work more effective
